aim2aim consultancy works within the health and social care field providing services for the Independent, Statutory and Not-for-Profit sectors including Charities, Social Enterprises and Community Interest Companies (CICs).
aim2aim was established in 2000 by Annie Metcalfe who, as well as having a background in managing and developing services across a range of sectors, holds qualifications in Social Work, Management and Business Performance Coaching and NLP.
We offer a range of organisational development and performance improvement solutions to health and social care companies who work with both children and adults. Organisations we support include fostering services, residential homes, domiciliary agencies, community development groups and projects, supporting people initiatives, NHS hospitals and social work departments.
