Annie Metcalfe DipSW, founder of aim2aim Consultancy, is qualified in both health and social care, and is a Management and Business Performance Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
Annie has worked extensively at practitioner and senior management level across the health and social care sector in various settings including social work, residential homes, hospitals, fostering and in community development projects. She is experienced in working in childcare and adult sectors and has a wide range of specialist knowledge including disability and dementia.
Annie works alongside a number of highly experienced and skilled associates to deliver a range of services to the independent, statutory and not for profit sectors across the UK.
